Probably about right on the static CR. Be aware that the OP's cam IS small; the duration at .050" lift 204 degrees.
Since the OP is moving long to another engine, and got all this stuff for cheap, I would not see any harm in just putting this in and running it. The more different engines one builds, the more one learns. I would advise the OP to install the cam with at an ICL of around 102-104 degree, not just dot-to-dot with the 'as-ground' 106 ICL.

Now if he was looking at buying new stuff, then I'd think differently.
