Got 2 of them in my fully insulated and dry walled 768 sq ft garage with 12 ft walls. I was able to heat it to 70 degrees this week with single digit temperatures this week (takes several hours). I paid $125.00 each for them from Tractor Supply.
I bought one of those about 3 years ago. Not happy with it at all. Looked like a good unit,fan came loose on the hub,wire terminals got loose and it wouldnt get my shop past 45 degrees. And its noisy.
I found an old industrial heater for 80 and disconnected one element so it wont burn out the wall thermostat. I use it just to keep shop from freezing. And it at least makes wind.
