Anybody have the part numbers, or links to the headpipe to manifold flanges for the following manifolds.

1964-1966 a body driver side manifold

1967/1968 pass side manifold

Driver side is flat flange, passenger side has a "bell" on it that resembles the old donut style, except it's part of the manifold.

2nd question.

We want to run 2 1/2" exhaust odd the manifolds all the way back, but I'm not sure you can bell out a 2 1/2" pipe to seal against the bell style 1 7/8" manifold.

Suggestions appreciated. Eric L

Sorry. I was remembering wrong.

BOTH manifolds have ball and socket style flanges.

They are just different sizes.

Drivers side is 1 5/8 outlet?

Pass is 1 3/4 - 1 7/8 outlet

Thanks. Eric

Thank you very much. I will shoot them an email and see what we find. Thanks again. Eric

Probably worth ordering complete front pipes if they are available for your combination of manifolds and body with whatever tubesize you want.
If you want to build your own exhaust im sure you can have any muffler shop make a short piece of tubing with just the correct flange and type of flare for you to make a start. I used to work with that and its not realy rocketscience to start with a straight piece of 2½" OD tubing(or2 1/4" od if the first bend after will get real close since it will be easier to slip the next piece of 2 ½ tubing over it and then just tap it lightly with a hamer to get a tight fit to weld up, real easy) and decrease it to 2"(or whatever OD size needed),slip on a flange and then make a flare or femaleballjoint, takes less than a minute,if you havent already installed the manifolds you can bring them to the exhaust shop to make sure you get the right conection.

Darn i just made something very simple sound a whole lot more complex than it realy is.:(

If i recall, you can buy new flanges from walker exhaust. I do know they were listed by size, bolt centers and pipe diameter.

Thanks guys. Yeah. That's kind of our plan as of now.

I'm going to measure the flanges tonight and I found a website that lists all the different flanges.

They really don't make a headpipe for this car. It's a 63 valiant with a v8 and dual exhaust. We modified our trans x member to tuck the exhaust up tighter on the pass side.

I believe the flange we're going to need looks something like this

AP Exhaust Flanges 8776

Thanks again. Eric L
