Hi all, just a quick intro. I’ve been part of the scene for most of my life, this past summer I got back in when I picked up my 70 Dart. 440, 727, 3.55 equipped 8 3/4.

I’m looking forward to talking with everyone and helping keep these cars alive!

Welcome. Way to jump back in with both feet! Sure you shouldn't start back with a roached out 4 Dr /6 valiant? Haha.

I'm in Jones county. Bout 20 miles NE of Macon. Welcome aboard.

Haha, normally, that’s about what I’d have started with. I stumbled across this car helping a customer of mine up in north Georgia and when I looked across the shop and saw this car forgotten, covered in crap on flat tires. It was a driver, but needed a lot of work but the bones were just as I’d have done it. My job keeps me busy to the tune of 60+ hours a week so it seemed like a safe bet to get back in after the typical obstacles of life kept me otherwise occupied.

Of course, it spent three months on stands in my garage getting almost overhauled. I’ve not built the trans yet, but that’s about all I haven’t worked on.

With the power tour here this year I’m doing all I can to make sure it’s rock solid for the 2,000+ mile ride.

Hell yeah man that's nice.
