anyone know when hood pins are required for the drag strip?
 
Never. Just make sure your hood is secure. What type of car hood etc? No NHRA rule for this.
 
Just a standard stock hood with a scoop for a 72 demon.
 
As long as the latch is secure your good too go. I do believe there is a rule in regards to the carb being covered.
