The last one I know of that made them was peak dashes which was preceded buy rocky peak or rocky mountain dashes.
YOu could try to get a NOS or used one of these. They are out of business.
There are a couple companies making the later style gauge insert. YOu can modify a 67-69 dash to accommodate these.
One last option I know of is Dakota digital will retrofit your stock gauge cluster. If I were in the predicament of needed a new dash currently I'd go this route. Really you need a shift light, a speedo and oil pressure/water temp. The stock cluster is fine for those.
