Hey have a question, there was a guy on here saying he took some marine 360/340 motors to a salvage yard pretty close to me, did a little reading some people say they r the same blocks possibly better than cars and can be used with diff heads for a car, I know some may have reverse rotation, is it best to stay away from marine motors or r they fine to use in cars? Thanks
Nope. Never happened. Either it's a standard 360 or if it's internally, balanced it's a 318. Or.......least likely, a 340 transplant. No 360 ever came with a steel crank.
