My 73 340 Dart Sport came from the factory with a floor shifter and console. If you wanted to add it yourself and buy the separate parts from the dealer, I'm sure a dealer would sell you the parts, but there's a lot to it. There's removing the column shifter and replacing the collars, and welding in the console brackets, and cutting the hole in the floor for the linkage, and the bracket on the trans to support that linkage. Again, if you knew what to order, sure. In 1979 I bought a factory 73 Dart Sport scoop from the dealer for my 73. Only Canadian Darts had 340's in 71, after that 318's and sixes, unless you bought the Demon/Dart Sport.[/QUO
