Garage Rentals Southern NH/Northern MA?

Hey guys -

Any of you know of any places that let you store and work on your cars? Graduated and moved out to an apartment, so now I need to find a place to work on my cars.

I am having a brutal time on craigslist trying to find anything to rent for less the 700/mo.
