What and where does everyone do for rear speakers in a 64-66 Barracuda? Anything clever?

I've seen several, including one that I just got, that had speakers installed in the "fold down" trunk closure panel. It's an easy way out as far as installation goes, but why would you want speakers on a portion of your car that was intended to be folded up and down to allow the loading of baggage or what ever. There are spaces in the rear interior sheet metal structure, right below the big rear window, just forward of fold down panel that could be used to install some speakers. I'm like chryslerfat...I like the roar of the engine.

Someone cut holes in my panel.
I want thundering tunes in my car,its how i roll. But i dont want to sacrifice the back fold down panel for speakers. So i will be intersested in options too. Looking forward to what others have done.
On a side note, i used technics house speakers in the back of my 76 dart w/hang 10.

Where did rear speakers go in the Barracudas because of lack of rear package shelf?

I've been looking at some options for my 65 Barracuda.

I've had an Aurora conversion done by Gary Tayman to the OE radio and I've added a Custom Autosound dual voice coil speaker to the dash in place of the original 6x9. I love the converted radio and have one in my 70 300 too.

For the rear, I haven't decided. One option is two small or one larger speaker box for the rear. Another option, and probably what I will go with, is to place a thin speaker box under the front seats. Custom Autosound makes a couple different versions, called "Undercover". I might build some underseat boxes from 1/2" MDF instead and use the nice Pioneer speakers that were mounted to the trunk separator rather than buying something else.

On my 66 I put one 6x9 in the defrost hole on passenger side then cut the side panel for one on the driver side. It helps that I have an extra pair to replace it to stock if I need to later.
