So it turns out I dun goofed when I bought the disc brake setup off a '74 dart sport. I wasn't aware that they changed the bolt pattern from small to big in 1973, and so here I am with a set of brakes that won't fit my current wheels. I tried looking at some alternate solutions, and for some dumb reason, this idea just now popped into my head. If I just buy some factor small bolt pattern rotors ('68-72), will they fit on the 1974 spindles? Because at that point I can just buy rotors and bearings and then be good to go.

Uh no.

However, give Cass at Drdiff.com a call. I have seen dual pattern rotors that fit the 73 and newer spindles

Pirate Jack has the 73 + spindles and they have the kits for both small and big bolt pattern. You can buy just the rotors from them. Give them a call and ask for Erik

Different sized bearings
sbps have small bearings and not enough meat to make larger even if you wanted to. IDK about the caliper offset either.
But you can back convert to the sbp, by swapping out the UCA, and getting the matching parts to your rotors
But that still won't solve your wheel issue.
Oh wait, I'm having trouble figuring out what you actually have lol. But I guess you already got it figured out. Ok I got it just shoot me now,lol.

The issue is that I have sbp wheels on a '68 Barracuda, and I got eager on the disc conversion without doing proper research. I have 14' front wheels and 15' rear wheels, both in sbp. I think I may just end up selling the lbp disc setup and saving up for an SSBC kit. I don't want to buy new wheels and tires just to put brakes on my car.

You could also do adapters...

and too bad you're so far away, I'd be interested in the spindles but shipping from Alaska would be HUGE im sure

Same as me then;
KH discss on the front with 235/60-14 sbps, and 10x2drums on the back with 295/50-15Lbps. Big and littles. Kidney slot alloys.I like that 60s/70s look.
I put those brakes on in 1999 with the silicon brake fluid, and have not had a lick of trouble in all these years and over 125,000 miles.
