68-72 rotors on 73+ spindles?

So it turns out I dun goofed when I bought the disc brake setup off a '74 dart sport. I wasn't aware that they changed the bolt pattern from small to big in 1973, and so here I am with a set of brakes that won't fit my current wheels. I tried looking at some alternate solutions, and for some dumb reason, this idea just now popped into my head. If I just buy some factor small bolt pattern rotors ('68-72), will they fit on the 1974 spindles? Because at that point I can just buy rotors and bearings and then be good to go.
Different sized bearings
sbps have small bearings and not enough meat to make larger even if you wanted to. IDK about the caliper offset either.
But you can back convert to the sbp, by swapping out the UCA, and getting the matching parts to your rotors
But that still won't solve your wheel issue.
Oh wait, I'm having trouble figuring out what you actually have lol. But I guess you already got it figured out. Ok I got it just shoot me now, lol.
