Post your Super Stock clones

Here are some pictures of my 67 Barracuda Hemi car. I wouldn't say it is a clone only because I put it together like the factory would have if the built a street car. It does have all working lights, wiper, heater and even the horn works. I started to built this car back in 1991 when Hemi parts where made out of gold if you could find them. So I have been told it's not a real Hemi because it uses a 69 440 block with Stage V Hemi raised port conversion heads. And a stock Hemi grind hydraullic cam from Mopar Performance. Rick Allison @ A&A transmission did the transmission It's a reverse pattern valve body with all aluminium drums and lots of other good stuff in it. Rick told me the only thing missing was the trans brake, but that a bit much for a street car. I run a 3:91 gear which limits me to about 85 mile it a tank of gas. Not so god for cruising but again it gets it on the street I did get to make one pass when some friends rented a track in NJ. It went 11:29 @ 130 mph and I totaled a set of drag radials that one of the other guys let me use. The hood was a NOS hood I found is St Louis in 93 or 94 I can remenber. There a lot more in the car but this post is long enough as it is but I'm alway happy to talk about it for as long ago as it was put together I think in turned out pretty good for a clone if that what it is. The car gets driven every place it goes. It's a lot of fun to drive and it is hand full if it get away from you which seem to happen if I let a rookie drive it.
Hemi446 I think I saw your car at Carlisle a few years ago. I thought it was very impressive. Ignore the naysayers. It's a Hemi. 130 MPH is mid-low 10 second MPH if you can get it to hook and 60'. Great job!
