oil accumulator

Do it. Never a dry bearing on startup. less air in the oil, never a momentary oil starvation on corners, and it helps cool the oil too.
I'm no authority on this, but it seems to me, if it's for a non 100 point car, and the car sits for extended periods between starts, I'd feel a whole lot better about those starts if you knew there was oil and oil pressure there where it's needed. So if you have a fresh engine, and want to keep it fresh, and you don't mind the looks of an accumulator on your inner fender, then yeah, go for it.
