You can see those weird hot spots at the 12 o'clock position. Think it was making a bit of noise when starting out on hills late in the year.

Lucky, for you I can see places where the disc is transferring some material to the pressure plate. That's a good thing to keep parts breakage down.

Like RRR said, buff that mutha humpa off and go.
