Lucky, for you I can see places where the disc is transferring some material to the pressure plate. That's a good thing to keep parts breakage down.

Do you think this transfer of material is happening at the launch? The plate actually looks ok. Just a sintered iron disc.
I just didn't like the occasional whining I was hearing when I'd start out on a hill.
Putting a bit more motor in there and now that it's out, I just didn't know if I should replace it or not.
