Ok all,
I am ready to start building my front suspension after it being a part for about 15 years. I have powder coated everything, I have a brand new, 10 year old, PST full front and rear polyurethane suspension kit, and am in the process of building a stand to hold the k-member as I put the front end back together. Question is, where do I start? Is there a manual or tutorial that will tell me where what goes. The PST kit is very vague as to what is what. I have done a great job documenting everything on the tear down of this car with the exception of the suspension. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe this will help? I did mine on the basement floor.

Anybody? Thanks 72Dart6pack for the picture. Now I know what it should look like when it is done, but I am still at a loss on where to start. I just don't know which bushing goes where and whatnot.

Yeah, you have a problem...LOL
Trying to describe which part is which ain't gonna work...Start with what are you working on? Do you have a Factory Service Manual?

That should give you most of it. Then get some pics up and we can help with the unknowns.

Lay the bushings out and take a picture and I'll bet we can tell you where each one goes.
I can anyway.:D

4 with the small holes go up top, 2 with the larger holes go on the bottom. The 2 really big ones go in front leaf spring eye, the 4 small no steel inserts at all go in rear spring eye (2) each

You haven't lived until you've done an EARLY torsion bar setup...I'm working on a '57 Dodge right now. Some things are easier, others not so much...now if I can just get the left side torsion bar out of the rear socket I'll be good to go...

I'm not trying to be mean BUT you are asking too much. Get a FSM. Get familiar with the pieces and parts. Then break down each task and ask specific questions BUT FIRST search for the answers . For example get familiar with the LCA bushings and how to remove them. There is more than one way to remove all the replaceable parts btw.
What you are asking for is a personal guide to suspension component repair and ain't nobody got time for that
