Who and where should i buy a new top for a 69 barracuda

Here is another question for you guys sense i’m A first time owner of a convertible when you put the top down do you unsnap the well liner or will the top just lay on top of it? It wasn’t in the car when I got it so haven’t got a clue just curious

I stand to be corrected here but I thought the idea of the well liner was to protect the top in the lowered position as well as provide a place for any water off the top a place to run off. Doesn't it have drain hoses attached that run out of the bottom of the car?
