cam rpm range on stroker

Thanks guys so far it seems tough to get a cam recommendation from the email route filling out their somewhat detailed request form.I did get one from hughes
HUG STL6064AS-8

SB SLD FLAT TAPPET CAM 260/264 -108ºLSA

.410"/.414" LOBE LIFT
seems to be in the area thats being recommended here but then I see this comp cam that I was 1st looking at 20-633-5
260/266 @.050 but the lift is .558/.555 what kind of difference is that lift making,the heads will kinda peter out at around .550 lift does the "extra" lift still help?
