windows wont roll up and down

car set for awhile now cant get windows to roll up and down there stuck WHAT lube spray can i use to free them up ? thanks
 
To be honest, your better off taking them out, cleaning them and re-greasing them. Most of the time they jam up from dirt in the grease and unless you clean them they won't get any better.

Once you get that done, spray the run channels with silicone lubricant. It works very well.
 
Try this... remove the winder handle to expose the splined drive stud. Use a block of wood and a hammer to jar it in every direction. You would think there's just a bearing there. Its a multi part, almost clutch like, assembly. Inside that is where they can seize up with rust. I've had to rebuild them with parts robbed from a donor regulator.
