Its easier to get 5-600 h.p. out of a sbc, and way cheaper too. Rats head design will let u run bigger valves than a hemi= more airflow. PUT THE SAME SIZE VALVES AND EVERYTHING ELSE EQUAL, THE HEMI WILL KICK THE RATS ***.
