Just curious to see what people think about different carpet manufacturers. Any experience or opinions greatly appreciated!!!

bought mine on ebay from stockinteriors.com. was very happy. Was for my dart. Buddy bought carpet for his 74 cuda, was very happy also. Give them a look.

I bought a carpet for my 87 Ram from Stock Interiors - fit perfectly.

Look at Pro-Fit in Alabama, they sell ACC and often have the lowest prices. Buying direct from the manufacturer is usually more costly. Find a reseller that has large volume and your cost will go down. I ordered the mass back complete kit for a 69 fastback with auto console about a 10-11 piece kit and was very pleased in both price and quality.. The floor pieces were oversized and took 4” of trim on the sides and firewall, but that is a good thing.

Cool. Glad to see there is something else besides Auto Custom Carpets. A buddy bought 2 sets from them for 67 Coronets and said the fit was horrible. Didn't stretch to under the door sill plates. I was trying to avoid them.

My ACC fit very nice except the 4 speed hump is puffy on the passenger side. It works but I’m having to live with it.

If you buy from Stock Interiors, you will get an ACC carpet.

Any opinions on legendary?

Not sure but they likely sell ACC as well. The kit ordered is what matters. Everyone seems to complain about 4-speed humps but have not heard many issues with auto trans cars. Maybe I was just lucky but it fit and layed down very well. Lots of extra trimming pieces but that was no issue. ACC sells a few different grades.

My ACC carpet went in great. Did it in the summer and left it sit in the sun for a few hours first. Like @1969383S, I had at least 4 " all around to trim.

Good point Terry, mine sat at least a year unboxed and relaxed before install.

Do you remember were you purchased it.

I gotta believe the various vendors get different product and retail pricing capability based on their status in the market and connections with ACC to get the premium product.

No better service then from"Dante's Mopar Parts". I won't deal with any other venders. I have been down to many bad roads with all others on returns of defective items. I just bought a ACC carpet set from him

I bought mine from Rick at Laysons. I think he posted here that they had it laying around and wanted to move it. Can't remember the exact price but I bought the entire carpet (front and cargo) for the fastback auto and remember thinking it wasn't inexpensive, lol. IT has the mass backing.

I did stock interiors for my truck recently and they said it takes 3 days to make and it will take 4 to 5 days to get to you. I live on the other side of the United States. And basically the first thing I did as soon as the UPS guy got here, I got it back out and relaxed it. That one went in like a glove. Ironically within a week or two I actually got to my duster with the four speed and the hump. That carpet had been sitting in that box for over 3 years. Not laying down as nice. But still it's okay. Even if you don't intend to use it right away I would order it and get it out of that box ASAP. They intentionally make them to order for this reason. my-2
