Rather than guess and possibly get it wrong again, why not call Jim at Racer Brown and have him grind you a cam for exactly what you need?
The brown truck stops everywhere, so I'm not sure what being close to the cam grinder has to do with anything.
To find what you want, the chances of an off the shelf cam being the correct one is slim to none.

And many others. Even if you called Schnieder and talked to them and let them pick a grind. I'd be damn suspicious of any shelf cam doing the job.
