Top connector provides power and lights to the radio. Orange is always instrument lighting. Looks like someone removed wiring from one side of the connector. Black angled plug with yellow wires for a dash mounted map light light/switch. Probably never had one so the connector is unused. I'm going to say the bullet connector with yellow wires is for the door jamb switch.

the bullet connector color is light green not yellow! I found the two yellow wire for door jam switch already. do you think the bullet connector and green wire's could be for headlight delay?

I am glad I ask what the wires went to because I had the wrong plug plugged into radio. for some the plug with missing orange wire was plugged into radio wire already and I was not aware of it so I put correct plugs together. but now I need to know what the plug I had plugged into radio goes to. I sent pics of radio wires together also

Do you have the heater switch and lights plugged in?

OP don't you have a service manual? The yellow is dome lighting. If you are referring to that, it's likely courtesy lamps or map light system

That connector appears "curved"? That hooks to the time delay I think EDIT looked it up map light connector

Start with page 8-139 of the 70 Plymouth service manual

Bill, Remember that connectors found under the dash may be unused - they may never have been connected to anything for accessories your car did not come with. Like I said, I believe the black connector was for a map light and switch. Some earlier Valiants had map lights on the dash. (‘70 Dusters were “Duster - Valiants”) Mine was not equipped with a map light.

The gray connector with red, black, and yellow wires was for a headlight on reminder buzzer. Also likely not used.

Look at the two connectors in the middle of this diagram.

I believe you’re right on the light green wires to the bullet connector. It connected to a delay relay - also not used. At least it wasn’t on my ‘70. You’ll notice reference to the map light accessory in this drawing too.

Hi, does anyone have the diagram that shows what each of the wires going to the 9-pin round main plug for the instrument panel go to? I am referring to the round plug that attaches to the pins of the circuit board near the speedo. Mine is a 70' Duster. Thanks.

You need to bomb over to MyMopar and download a/ some factory shop manuals. You can easily follow the circuit board traces of the cluster. If you have trouble with that post a good clear photo of the front and rear of the cluster and we can guide you through

If you have not, read this thread on PC board repair:
