Yep, sorry about that Don.
It's missing the clip and probably washer both, and the smaller seal goes under the washer with the lip side facing down.
You can get a clip and washer both at an Ace Hardware, and the clip is just a basic E clip.
If I remember, the washer is thinner than a normal washer, (maybe not)
Also expect the seal to be all rubber and not metal clad like the pic d55dave posted.
Either is fine.
