Need Help: Car Starts cold and then konks out and restart takes forever.....

Hey Gents:

I am moving forward but stumbling with my Resto-Mod. Here's my trouble:

Upion a full rebuild and dropping the Engine in my Sport Coupe we did a temporary (testing) Wiring setup so we could run the engine for a few hours, making sure everything was fine (and it was).

BUT: now that a full 100% electrical wiring Harness replacement has been performed I start the car instantly when cold.... it warms up and randomly konks out. After which restarting the car is impossible.

Here are the components:

1) MSD Blaster 2 Coil - maybe defective? But why does it startso well cold?
2) Summit Racing Electronic Distributor and Module. Module heatsink doesn't appear to overheat (I checked)


Any and all Help greatly appreciated.
