Looks like the "proverbial 1/2" kit ". Ever see a really hi H.P. car move w/ it`s rear wheels moved back ? No , they always move them forward if their going to be moved.
Nope. The shape of the front of the wheel opening restricts large tires. Move the axle back for more tire clearance in the front. There's plenty of clearance in the rear.
