Hughes has great customer service. There are a few on here that may disagree. I personally have dealt with them for over 20 years and am totally satisfied.
Dave can be a little gruff sometimes with those that are time wasters or want to debate his advice. I don't blame him as I don't have time to waste either. I have bought from them numerous times and will continue to do so as they have good products with great tech support to go with them.
