Jeff's 727 rebuild thread

Jeff. Just trying to find the reason your rear servo quit. In your post #262 picture #8 it is clear to see there are 4 threads on the adjusting screw outside of the jam nut. The picture in post #313 is a bit fuzzy & I cant quite focus on the adjusting screw. Did it back off? Or is there something going on with the band or it's anchor?
With regards to your valve body, when you seperate the 2 halves can you post a picture of the main VB where the valves & steel balls sit? Have your TF-2 installation instructions near by.

Thanks.....It looks for all in the world that the adjusting screw has backed off....I have NO idea how - I locked down the lock-nut.....
I'm hoping the lug is still in place because if not - 100% sure I'll have to pull the transmission back out to set it back in.....
I don't see how else the pivot arm can be in that position and the lug still be in place.....?????

Will do on the valve body.....I'm hopeful the valve body/shift issue is a simple fix.....
