Maybe you guys are already doing something like this, but here is my idea. Take the flat side of a gallon milk jug or similar and using a pattern of the top side of your fuse box, cut it to fit. Closely resembles what I believe to be my original but aged and broken one.

I still have the original cover on mine, but this is a great, inexpensive idea!! Very nice... :thumbsup:
