Does anyone know the sheen of black to use on the dash? Semi flat? Semi gloss? Other? Thank you for your experience.

My bad, I should have been more clear. What color ya think they'd have at bi-mart that'd be close? There is color specs in the service manual... I believe in the body section...
When I was in my early 20's---I used 3M trim black and it was a mistake because it's laquer and I didn't even think about it until I was done and a strong cleaner lifted it and made a mess, so never again.
I wouldn't use lacquer and that is what most of the "trim" paints are.
The dash is supposed to matte so you don't get a blazing reflection (did that before and it was a mistake)
YOU PEOPLE!!??Paint it rainbow. Don't you people like that symbol? LOL
Thank you for all the help!
I keep hearing satin black?

Krylon 51613 satin black, pretty much my go-to on any interior parts. Hell, pretty much anything that needs to be painted black. Did my Belvedere dash & trim with it 10 years ago, and it's held up really well.
