The 1st gen Duster improved on it.

nova- all post coupes with door window frames. Interesting since 66/67 were not.
Duster- technically a coupe, but no window frames and set a record with glass curvature.

nova- god awful front sub frame that flexed and caused "dog tracking" issues.

In my opinion, the ONLY thing the 68-72 Nova had on the Duster was a big block option. The Duster is a 2 door hardtop. When you bought a '70 Nova, you got a 1st gen Camaro subframe and suspension. When you bought a '70 Camaro, you got a much improved 2nd gen Camaro subframe and suspension.
