Another Demon with the stripe to low. Here is where it goes when they were new. The gas cap gets painted The handle is part of the stripe. I put these on in the 70's.
I personally don’t give a flying f*** where the factory put it. I build my cars the way I like them. Not sure if you noticed that those aren’t the factory wheels either.
