Mopar/Ford KH Calipers Interchangeable?
Yeah and? Drill and tap it to 1/8" pipe. Then screw in an 1/8" male pipe to female 1/8" female inverted flare fitting. .....I might be wrong on the size.......could be 3/16" but either way, there's your fix.

Nevermind. I think I found the difference. The Mopar caliper seems to have another hole in one of the bosses where the Ferd part does not.
