Locomotion, it sure does. Norm have the heads pressure checked BEFORE you do anything with them. Just make sure you have good solid cores to work with. Terry.
Do I need to find sombody to do this, Or could I build something that would work, like a plexiglass to cover the water ports, and pressurize it?

Norm, have those heads pressure checked before you do anything with them. Make sure you have good solid cores to work with. Terry.

Norm,...sorry for the dupication(LOL), been a long day buddy. Any auto machine shop can do this for you and cheap, it isn't expensive to have them checked. But important to do it, first thing. Terry.

I finally got around to getting the left head off.

# 3 and #7 piston have had the eyebrow part of the valve releif touced also, but only slightly.
Next step is to get the block out.

Hey Terry,
Nope, no time to pull it yet, Have a bunch of stuff to do.
I did want to ask you which epoxy would you recommend for the intake manifold?
Funny thing, last night I finally found all the paper work for the car. It says it has TRW flat top pistons. Hmmm, They sit awful high out of the block to be flat tops, unless my glasses are bad they sure look like pop up pistons.
It also says it has a custom ground Crane Cam.

All I have is the number off the top right now.
They are in my 340 that is .030" over
3690825 is stamped on top.
They also have 340 and .030 stamped in the top for the cubes and over size.
Been trying to find the number through manufactures, and I'm still looking.
Any help is greatly apreciated.
