A Ford Mustang Kelsey Hayes, 4 piston, disc brake caliper, can be used on a Mopar, by using the appropriate rubber flex line that attaches to the caliper.
A Mustang caliper uses the rubber flex hose that screws directly into the body of the caliper, and a Mopar application uses a second metal, hard line, that the rubber hose then attaches to.
But depending on the year of the Mustang caliper, it uses either a 3/8 or 7/16 diameter thread size, to screw into the caliper.
