I do have one question though. The balancer on this motor has the removable serpentine pulley. I seen the truck it came out of it was a 98 i thought that came with a 1 piece setup but i could be wrong.
With the two piece balancer/pulley an LA belt pulley can be installed by egging one of the pulley bolt holes, just like with the Magnum flex plate to LA style converter.
