Ive seen your car, and its awesome. Im just trying to help you from making a mistake you will regret. And in all honesty, its your car and I can care less what you do with it.
And after all that thinking, you decided you must have some splatter paint, well then head down to Lowes and get yourself a couple cans of spray bomb. Im sure they can set you up. Good Luck !!!!!!

As always, thanks John!! Unfortunately with the trunk not being in the greatest shape, I don't have the money to get a new trunk pan. I have to make a few patches and have been using the Eastwood rust-encapsulator. Then would like to follow it up with the spatter paint to cover up some of the blemishes. Below are the progress pics with the trunk.
