So I have noticed in a lot of old movies like American Graffiti and some other classics that have scenes of a young couple cruising down a social street in a very American car of steel. Usually the girl sits in the middle but what if the girl owns the car and is better at driving it than the guy??
Say it's a 4 speed car and the girl built it herself and doesn't allow anyone else to drive it, is it right for her to put her boyfriend in the middle with his legs to the passenger side so gear shifting doesn't get interrupted.
Does she have to concede to letting him drive and cringe every time he grinds some gears and doesn't quite control the old car like he should ?? Or maybe, just meeting him at the place of get together is the best option, so he can drive his modern, automatic, Japanese, battery operated ***** car there so she can spare herself the embarrassment.
