383/400 stock stroke recipe's!

Another thread up from the past. Ok, I'll bite!
The year was 1975 and I had a 1969 383 $ speed Roadrunner that I raced. It had a stock stroke .030 over block with stock crank, stock rods and bolts with 12;1 forged pistons. Stock heads and valve sizes, no porting. Used all the stock stamped steel rockers too.
The cam was a hydraulic flat tappet by Crane, I don't remember the specs on it but it had a pretty radical idle for a street driven car. Topped with a 383 torquer intake with a 750 double pumper.
It had a dual point distributor, remember those?
Hooker race headers with no exhaust mufflers.
The 8 3/4 had 4:56 gears and goodyear 9 inch slicks.
The best pass it ran was a 12:27 at 115. I thought it was pretty fast for what it was.
