Are headliner and sail panels one and the same for a '65 Barracuda?

Ordering a headliner and I don't know if I need to separately order the sail panels, the old headliner was pretty wasted and don't remember how it fit together with that sail panel area. Anyone who has replaced that portion of the interior recently could probably answer my question. Thank you.
