Hope someone can help you, but LH studs for OE are few and far between as far as I know they are not reproduced. In looking at the kit it looks like the disk attaches to the hub the same way, so OE LH studs might work. You would need to measure up a stud from your new brakes and see how it compares to the OE studs (left or right hand). A recent post has some measurements for front disk studs or look up front studs at rock auto or the like and see if they have measurements.
(I'm a left handed studer too! Life would be easier if I switched!)
