It will take a good buck to get a short block done. So ask him to save you some bucks.
I told him to get the #'s off of the block for me first. If it a 340 or 360 I will take it. If it a 318 probably not (kind of like a Chevy 305). LOL. But he says he knows it is a 340. I told him to verify before he brings it in & I hand him the cash.
