I am making 850 to the flywheel on my 572" Hemi. Easy to make those numbers with the Hemi. Granted, I have aftermarket stuff, but nothing extravagant. Once you overcome buying the base engine itself, the money for mods isn't THAT much different than modding a wedge or BBC I love the 340's, the Big Blocks and the Hemi's. I have driven all kinds of muscle cars over the years and it has been my experience that Mopars make great power compared to anything else that is out there....
