Rustoleum for Wheel Caps

I'm looking to paint the center caps of my rallye's black. Torn between using the Rustoleum Matte Black wheel paint, or theRustoleum High Performance Enamel.

Any knowledge on the difference between the two for the aluminum caps?

I would use Krylon, as it's closer to automotive paint formula, than Rusty is. Been using it for years, and I tried them all. Etch prime first. Good luck!
