Cupholders
Ok, I'll throw out a couple pictures of my setup.
I did away with my console top plates and made my own, trying to copy the early top plates (silver with a black stripe down the middle), made the top with holes for stainless cup holders that I got online from Gander Mountain, (boat cup holders), and made it to fit over my Hurst promatic2 shifter.
