Check out my dads 1966 Barracuda "S"

A local guy bought it for his wife but after 3months he sold it to me for 650.00. She didn’t like the 4sp.he worked at a Pontiac dealer and it was a car the dealership bought. I was told it was from Washington. A funny side note: I got my driver license in my dad’s green Barracuda. I was driving that when I spotted the Formule S with a for sale sign in the quarter window. Pulled up next to him at a stop sign to flag him down. He just stayed there because he thought this kid wanted to race him

That's so cool:) back when you COULD race and not get a ticket.

So I talked with my old man this morning, and while the similarities are very close, it's looking more likely like yours may just be a different car. He corrected my information, and told me he was probably the 3rd or 4th owner of his car. And he bought it from a man named Brian Rush, who had a custom California style 'tuck and roll' interior installed. I dont know what that would look like, but your Formula S appears to have the stock interior, is that correct?

Additionally , his Barracuda had fender well exit headers, which yours looks like it has stock manifolds.

Anyways, Perhaps you and my father can swap car stories, his name is John Russell, his cell phone is 941-932-5887
