I put that in the original post. But how do I tell if it was a commando engine and the actual year. I was guessing since the heads were 64-65 it must be a block used in 64-65 and not in 66.
You can't tell if it's a Commando/Charger engine without looking at the pistons. Same block, crank, rods, heads. Domed pistons, different cam, and of course intake, carb, distributor, valve covers.
