just wondering what some of you may have done to help light your interior.
What lights did you use and where did you place them.
I just ordered an led bulb for the dome light, but was thinking of adding lights under the dash on each side, or maybe lights on the sides of the console.
What have you done?

I have not done this yet myself, but I am thinking I will tap the wiring behind my drivers side kick panel to add some under dash lights. I want to illuminate the front floors. I work as a new car dealer, so I drive new cars every day. I don't necessarily like newer cars, but I do love the interior lighting options that are available. Our older cars are so dark inside with only one dome light...
I have also been looking at a whole vehicle LED change over. www.superbrightleds.com is a great site. Click on automotive and then select your vehicle year, make, model. You can choose all the needed bulbs right there and get the necessary load resistors or flasher units to use with the LED's as turn signal bulbs. Good luck and us know what you figure out. I will probably copy your ideas.

On mt 65 Dart wagon I will be adding driver and passenger side courtesy lights using the stock convertible housing mounted under the dash as was done originally in the convertible and then in the center of the dash upper overhang I will be adding a C Body map light with it's On/Off switch powered by a different circuit. My underdash harness is based on a J Body harness

I have in the past. Simple splice in’s to add floor lighting. Friends of my me did the same but use plastic beer signs as the light cover.

It’s ether splice in near the light or splice in at the switch.

I like the courtesy lights @easyrider recently posted...

American AutoWire sells courtesy lights. They are nice and bright.
