dipper is American Metal Finishing in Toledo, Ohio...and they are still there. They dipped some components for me but not the car on the Leal B/MP HemiDuster restoration....but I do not know about the e-coaters. The body shop I use is using a different place in Fremont, Ohio last we talked dipping 5 years ago.
